It has a size of 86 sq.m., a private courtyard and parking lot, and is located in Garitsa, one of the oldest and most traditional neighborhoods of Corfu town, very close to the city center of Corfu. It is a private house, with a very warm atmosphere, consisting of two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen.
